Create Webhook

https://{gym_server}/partner/webhook/create

This endpoint creates a new webhook associated with the logged-in partner. Just send the webhook URL, and the system will associate it using the session information contained in the JWT obtained from the login endpoint.
Currently, the only available type is 'CHECKIN'.
